To make your commitment to Better Stands and contribute to a more sustainable event, we request that your Space Only design be comprised of the following list of re-usable materials:

As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only, therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.
STAND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS
Back walls: All structural back walls of neighbouring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 metres.
As a space only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only. The space DOES NOT include carpet, structure, electricity or anything else. Therefore, you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.

STAND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS
Alcohol: Drinking of alcohol or taking illegal drugs on site during the build up and breakdown phase is completely forbidden and is restricted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any person found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from the halls and the authorities will be contacted.
IMPORTANT:
1. Complete and submit the Contractors & Suppliers Policies and Procedure - St. Regis Saadiyat Island Hotel
2. Submit your stand designs to Operations.Aerospace@informa.com for review and approval.
