In order to facilitate the Delegations management process you are invited to select your top ten (10) target military/government delegations by country using the form below.

Organisers will make every effort to ensure delegations requested through the exhibitor portal are passed to the UAE Ministry of Defence and visiting Heads of Delegation.

1.  General Overview, Introduction & Guidelines:

Outdoor pavilion exhibitors are responsible for their own pavilion design and construction. No outdoor pavilion construction elements or fittings will be provided by Tarsus F&E LLC Middle East. All outdoor pavilion designs must be approved by the Organisers before exhibitors will be allowed access to the site and permitted to commence build.

OFFPRICE exhibitors enjoy discounted rates at the Venetian and Palazzo Resorts. All exhibiting companies are required to book a minimum of four room nights, with our partner hotel, between the dates of February 10-13. Exhibitors who do not fulfill their room requirements will be charged a fee as outlined in your booth contract.
