As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.

You are required to notify FERN via their online form ONLY if you are planning to have an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor install and/or dismantle your exhibit. Space only exhibitors are responsible for their own stand design and construction, and appoint their own contractors. No stand fittings or carpet provided by the Organisers on space only sites. All space only stand designs must approved by xxx before exhibitors will allowed access to the site and permitted to commence build. 

No multi-level / double decked stand and hanging of banners or other decorative items is allowed. 

New for 2024
On behalf of the MRO ME & AIME Team, BLG Event Management will be overseeing the space only stand review process.  This to enhance health & safety and to mitigate the risks involved with space only stand construction. This independent review process has a set fee of US$250 per stand for non-complex stands and US$700 for complex stands over 4m height in height and double decks.

STAND SUBMISSION FOR APPROVAL:

Stand construction regulations 

Back walls: All structural back walls of neighbouring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 metres 

Exhibitors and their contractors are advised that no fixings, alteration or damage must be made to any part of the premises. Any damage to walls, columns, floor, GES shell schemes, hired accessories or other parts of the premises will be charged to exhibitors and you should be aware that costs for this are likely to be very substantial. Please ensure that any contractors that you may employ are aware of this as well as those found to be connected to your presence at the show may incur costs that will be levied directly to you.

New for Dubai Airshow 2023 
On behalf of the Dubai Airshow team, BLG Event Management will be overseeing the indoor space only stand review process.  This independent review process has a set fee of US$250 per stand for non-complex stands and US$700 for complex stands over 4m height.  

Stand review process carried out by BLG:
• Collate stand designs via portal
• Review stands
• Review structural calculations (where applicable)
• Liaise with the venue for approval
