Labelexpo India 2022 publishes a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included in the show guide are details of each exhibitor - who you are, what you do and how to get in touch with you. When you update your online exhibitor listing you automatically update the listing for the show guide as well.

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.
The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked).
Collect the details of visitors you meet at the show by scanning their badges with our official lead retrieval app, Visit Connect.
You will automatically have a certain number of lead retrieval app licenses as part of your show package. You can increase the number you have either by upgrading your package or simply ordering more licenses.

Children
No children under 16 are permitted in the halls during build up, event days and breakdown. The exhibition is a trade event and the nature of the exhibits will reflect this, as such it is not a suitable environment for children. There are no crèche facilities at this event.
Disabled Facilities
Visitor wheelchairs are available from the Emergency Medical Services Centre located outside the hall near the control tower and are subject to availability.
Vibes Events have been appointed to provide a service for the hire of temporary staff, including models, hostesses and promoters. Exhibitors wishing to hire staff through the appointed agency should contact them directly.
All rigging within the venue must be carried out by Unusual Rigging. Banners must not project on to the aisles or a neighbouring stand and must be hung within the perimeter of your stand.
The trim height for all signage banners at the show is 6 metres (meaning the underside of all signage banners must be trimmed at 6m). For rigged stand design elements, these will be reviewed & assessed on a stand-by-stand basis.
There will be an exposure fee of USD80 per sqm, with a minimum fee of USD500 in addition to the rigging charges.
Space Only
You will be expected to produce a professionally built custom stand with a high level of finish and safety compliance and one that is in line with the high-quality, professional nature of the event
Permission to Build is only an authorisation to start building the stand - regular checks will be made on each stand to ensure the appropriate use of materials, structural integrity, etc. If our safety advisors are concerned about the above in any way, we reserve absolute right to terminate any stand construction.
