Cylinders must not be stored on the stand but in the gas cylinder store under control of the Fire Officer and exhibitors should liaise directly with the lifting contractor concerning their transportation between the store and the exhibitors’ own stand. 

All piping for compressed air, gases, etc. must be of rigid tube with welded or screwed connections. 

Portable compressors are not permitted at BITEC for Health & Safety reasons. It is imperative that you order Compressed Air through the official contractor PX System. 

Shell Scheme Package stand exhibitors will have basic stand cleaning the night before the show opens included as part of their package.  

All other exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own stand cleaning and may employ the services of the official cleaning company or their stand contractor. Note that it is the exhibitors’ responsibility to remove all stand material at the close of the event.  

BITEC’s Food & Beverage Department supplies all Food & beverage services.  

No outside Food & Beverage will be allowed in the venue.

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.

The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked).

You can order audio visual equipment for your stand.

Don't forget to advertise your presence at the show to your customers and prospects. Here are just a few ways that you can do it:

Advertise with Labels & Labeling. Labels & Labeling is the official media partner of Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2023 and is responsible for producing the show guide and floor plan. It is an ideal way to build exposure before, during and after the show. Plenty of printed and online options are available.

If you have booked a basic shell scheme stand package, you will receive the following: 
•    Carpet (light grey) 
•    White wall panels 
•    1x white table 
•    3x white chairs 
•    1x white lockable cupboard 
•    1x brochure rack 
•    1x waste paper bin 
•    3x spotlights 
•    1x 15-amp power socket 
•    Nameboard with company name and stand number (complete the form below if you want to use a name that is different to your listing) 

Labelexpo India 2022 publishes a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included in the show guide are details of each exhibitor - who you are, what you do and how to get in touch with you. When you update your online exhibitor listing you automatically update the listing for the show guide as well.

We can help you build a PR buzz around your presence at the show. If you have a new product launching let us know and we can promote it through stories on the show website, newsletters and on our social media.
