Show Ready stand

If you have booked a show ready stand package, you will receive the following: 

• Wall height is 2.5mh, Depth of wall is 40cm 
• Full colour tension fabric for all walls including graphic on front counter
• 1x Reception Counter with Logo
• 1 x Bar Stool
• 1 x Round Table         
• 4 x White Chairs
• 1 x 3-pin 500watt electrical socket per stand
• Please be aware that there are no name boards on Show Ready stands

No display materials or logos may be fixed on the fabric wall.

Artwork Guidelines:

• Ready-to-print artwork files in high resolution either in AI, PDF or EPS formats.
• Texts must be outlined.
• Photos must be embedded.
• File resolution at 150 dpi minimum, 1:1 scale, at least 10cm for bleed.
• You may use the GES file transfer utility link: Sharepoint/ google drive/ wetransfer.

 Artwork for the fabric back wall needs to be submitted no later than 9th November 2022.
Shelving or digital- screens can be mounted on the walls, however this requires a reinforcement panel which you will need to purchase directly from GES.

First Time Pods 

If you have booked a first time exhibitor stand package, you will receive the following:  

• Amp structure with Forex white infill panels                     
• Panel displaying Company Name and stand number as per visual.
• Grey Carpet
• 2 x White Chairs
• 1 x Round Table
• 1x Reception Counter  
• 1 x Bar Stool
• 1x long arm spotlight
• 1 x 3-pin 500 watt electrical socket per stand
• Nameboard with company name and stand number (complete the form below) 

No display materials or logos may be fixed to the nameboard panel.

All stand graphics should be purchased from GES, no external graphics can be applied to the GES walls.  Any damage to the wall panels will be chargeable.
