Vibes Events have been appointed to provide a service for the hire of temporary staff, including models, hostesses and promoters. Exhibitors wishing to hire staff through the appointed agency should contact them directly. 

To comply with Dubai Municipality lifting regulations as from 1st September 2016 any company using manual or electric chain hoist within the venue will be required to supply a valid test certificate.

To ensure a smooth transition for any company whom may not be aware of these regulations we have attached the following:

MRO Shell Scheme 
If you have booked an MRO ME shell scheme stand package, you will receive the following:
•    GES Square Profile Stand Frame (2.5mH)
•    White Foamex infill panels (2.5mH)
•    Blue carpet
•    3 x White metal Hallide spotlights
•    1 x 3 – pin Electrical Socket
•    Vinyl cut exhibitor name and stand number in English
•    Show Logo

AIME Shell Scheme 
If you have booked an AIME shell scheme stand package, you will receive the following: 

Space Only
You will be expected to produce a professionally built custom stand with a high level of finish and safety compliance and one that is in line with the high-quality, professional nature of the event
Permission to Build is only an authorisation to start building the stand - regular checks will be made on each stand to ensure the appropriate use of materials, structural integrity, etc. If our safety advisors are concerned about the above in any way, we reserve absolute right to terminate any stand construction. 

There are numerous opportunities for sponsorship and on-site branding at MRO ME & AIME 2023. For further details, including illustrations of the sites and rates please contact your Sales Manager.  

The official on-site freight handler are GT Exhibitions Ltd & Airlink International and will be the only companies authorised to perform lifting and fork lifting in the hall. Stand build contractors and exhibitors will not be permitted to operate any lifting or access equipment. Any unauthorised lifting or access equipment will be removed from site.

Publicity and promotion
Four Communications, our official PR agency, are working closely with leading local and international aerospace and trade publications on ensuring maximum exposure for the event and its participants before, during and after the show.  To learn more about the PR programme, please contact Four Communications using the details listed below. 

Car parks are available for organisers, exhibitors, sponsors and visitors and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Valet parking is not available currently.
 

Noise levels must be kept below 55 decibels and must not cause annoyance to neighbouring exhibitors and/or the public.

In the case of a dispute, the organiser’s decision is always final.
