MRO ME & AIME organisers cannot accept responsibility for damage to stands or loss of property on any stand or anywhere else at the exhibition, or during its delivery/removal from the building for any reason whatsoever. 

The organisers are not responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitors from fire, theft, damage for any reason, or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third parties.

You should obtain insurance coverage for materials in transit to and from the venue and for the duration of the event. 

The official travel supplier for MRO Middle East are echo.bravo. They are able to provide exhibitors with competitive rates for accommodation and flights for the show.  

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

All Exhibitors & Contractors must adhere to and wear at all times during build-up & breakdown the minimum PPE requirements of:

• High visibility jackets 
• Closed toe shoes
• Solid soled shoes or boots

Security
The Organisers have arranged for 24 hour security guards to patrol the exhibition. However, exhibitors should remember that exhibition halls are vulnerable places and should take appropriate precautions against theft.

Mains Power Supply and consumption
You can order additional electricity for stand.

Space Only:

Electricity is not included in the space only stands. Please place an order for your electricity requirements.

Please note that the Organiser (Aviation Week Network & Tarsus) have no copyright responsibility in respect of any exhibiting company. Exhibitors are reminded that third party copyrights should not be infringed. Proper dispensation must be obtained and any royalties due paid prior to the use of materials. Should any copyright dispute arise, the Organiser (Aviation Week Network & Tarsus) will not be liable for any resulting loss, or damages, sustained by any exhibitor or third party.

Exhibitors may not have generators or compressed air units on their stands.  If compressed air is required you must go through GES.  

We will arrange cleaning for the aisles, general areas in the hall and the initial stand cleaning for shell scheme prior to show open only.  

Stand cleaning is not included, but please order that from the official supplier.

The venue has food outlets located inside the halls.

Please note that Dubai World Trade Centre is the only company permitted to provide food and beverage services within the exhibition hall. No external catering contractors are permitted.
