DSV Fairs & Events and Airlink International are the official freight partners and will be the only companies authorized to perform any onsite mechanical handling in the hall. Stand build contractors and exhibitors will not be permitted to operate any lifting or access equipment. Any unauthorized lifting or access equipment will be removed from site.

Advance Warehouse Receiving:

Please make sure you download and read the shipping Instructions below, as it contains key information and includes address, freight, courier information, etc.  

Please ensure deliveries are NOT made before: 

• SPACE ONLY EXHIBITORS: Wednesday 10 September 
• SHELL SCHEME EXHIBITORS: Saturday 13 September  

Items delivered before the above dates will not be accepted.

Alternatively, you can send the goods to Bangkok Port or Airport, consigned to their local partner, and they will take over the shipment from there. Full information can be found in the international shipping instructions below.

International exhibitors should contact EFM Logistics, who have been appointed as the official freight forwarder for the event.

They can assist in a door-to-door service to and from the event through their network of worldwide partners.  Alternatively, you can send the goods to Mexico City Airport consigned to their local partner, and they will take over the shipment from there. Full information can be foundbelow in the international shipping instructions.

They can assist in a door-to-door service to and from the event through their network of worldwide partners.  Alternatively, you can send the goods to Bangkok Port or Airport, consigned to their local partner, and they will take over the shipment from there.  Please contact DSV Solutions directly for the shipping instructions. 
 

There is no storage available onsite and storage behind stands is strictly forbidden, any goods left behind stands will be disposed immediately for Health Safety and Security reasons.
