There is no storage available onsite and storage behind stands is strictly forbidden, any goods left behind stands will be disposed immediately for Health Safety and Security reasons.

DSV Fairs & Events and Airlink International are the official freight partners and will be the only companies authorized to perform any onsite mechanical handling in the hall. Stand build contractors and exhibitors will not be permitted to operate any lifting or access equipment. Any unauthorized lifting or access equipment will be removed from site.

Siddhartha Logistics Co. Pvt. can assist in a door to door service to and from the event through their network of worldwide partners.

You can also send the goods to New Delhi Port or Airport, consigned to their local partner, and they will take over the shipment from there.

Alternatively, you can make your own transport arrangements to India Expo Mart and they can arrange unloading, empty case storage and reloading at the close of the event.

Exhibitors and contractors are not permitted to use their company’s forklifts within the hall.

Our on-site logistics supplier are Airlink & DSV, They can help with all your transport and lifting requirements. Please contact them directly using the details below.

To aid safer working practices, there will be no forklifts operating in the halls during the initial stages of breakdown until it is deemed safe by the organisers to do so. This is to ensure the safety of all those attending the exhibition.

If you require lifting and fork lifting services or information on delivery, transportation and removal of exhibits please contact the official contractor. 

The use of powered mechanical handling and access equipment is strictly controlled.
