Exhibitors must ensure that for health & safety reasons gangways are clear of all items, including stand fitting materials and exhibits during build-up and dismantle.
Please be aware: Emergency gangways MUST be kept clear at all times.
Consumption of alcohol during the event (build-up, open days and dismantle) is strictly forbidden.
It is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Contractors, and all persons working or entering the halls during build-up and breakdown to always adhere to the H&S guidelines and wear proper PPE. An accident onsite may prove costly; please make sure that you and/or your stand contractor has adequate insurance cover.

Exhibitors are advised that exhibitions tend to be relatively insecure environments and that security guards cannot solely watch your stand.
