We will arrange cleaning for the aisles, general areas in the hall and the initial stand cleaning for shell scheme prior to show open only.  

Stand cleaning is not included, but please order that from the official supplier.

Please note that Dubai World Trade Centre is the only company permitted to provide food and beverage services within the exhibition hall. No external catering contractors are permitted.  

Badges will be print-at-home for this event. 
You have the option to register your staff or to invite them to register themselves.  To register, you will need a unique email, and a unique cell phone number. Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to print your badge at home. 

Enhance the impact of your stand
You can enhance the visual impact of your stand by using audio visual equipment. Our contractors can supply you with monitors, laptops and much more.

Update your listing
As an exhibitor, you receive a free listing automatically in the digital Program Book, the mobile app, and on our website so make sure you keep it updated using this portal. You can also upgrade your package to enhance your listing. 

*Listings for the program book are now closed. Any updates to listings from now on will only be reflected in the online exhibitor list. 

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors and contractors are responsible for the removal of all their waste after the show, leaving no exceptions. You will be charged for any leftover waste items.  

Pape Rolls waste: Paper roll waste disposal it’s the exhibitor’s responsibility. Please make sure you order the Daily Garbage Dump Package under the cleaning service on the BITEC Online Order system https://bitec-onlineorder.com
