Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2025

Animals: Animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls for the duration of the tenancy except for guide dogs. During the stand build-up and dismantle period, no animals will be allowed on-site if deemed unsafe. Written requests must be submitted and approved by the Operations Team. The organizer's decision is always final.

Back walls: All structural back walls of neighboring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 meters. 

A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Labelexpo marketing and PR use.

If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.

Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.

There is ample car parking on site at BITEC. The closest car park to our halls is B2. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes and then charged at 20 baht per hour.

Noise levels must be kept below 80 decibels & must not cause annoyance to neighboring exhibitors and/or the public. In the case of dispute, the organizers decision is always final. 

Demonstrations and presentations: 
Exhibitors who intend to provide demonstrations or make presentations during the exhibiting must strictly follow rules & regulations.  

Exhibitors are allowed to use loudspeakers for demonstrations and presentations in your booths under conditions that: 

It is a good idea to promote your presence at Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2025. Please add the Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2025 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases and email signatures.

We freely share our logos and creative material. We just ask that you don’t materially alter them without prior permission.
 

There is no free Wi-Fi or Internet during the event.  

This service can be ordered directly through the BITEC online ordering system.  

The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover is mandatory and should be against all risks both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.

You must provide a copy of your insurance policy and be insured for Public Liability to a minimum level of $2,000,000. Please submit this to help@labelexpo.com or via the below upload link.

If you receive any other emails or calls from another hotel agent company, please note we have only partnered with Hotelmap.  

While we can’t tell you where to book your hotels, we would advise you to use Hotelmap. Dealing with any other hotel agent is at your own risk and we won’t be able to help if you have any issues. 

HEALTH & SAFETY
It is your legal and moral responsibility to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of everyone sharing your work site at the exhibition. Download, read and sign the health & safety document, and submit it to help@labelexpo.com. 
 

SECURITY  
Security officers will patrol the halls throughout the build-up, open days and dismantel of the exhibition both day and night.
