As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only, therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.

Back walls: All structural back walls of neighbouring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 metres.

Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2025 will publish a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included are details of each exhibitor – who you are, what you do and how to find you on the show floor.
When you update your online exhibitor listing, your show guide listing will automatically update as well.
International exhibitors should contact DSV, who have been appointed as the official freight forwarder for the event.
They can assist in a door-to-door service to and from the event through their network of worldwide partners. Alternatively, you can send the goods to Bangkok Port or Airport, consigned to their local partner, and they will take over the shipment from there. Full information can be found in the international shipping instructions below.

Informa Markets aims to minimize the risk of fraudulent activity for our customers. Be aware of third-party companies falsely offering discounted stands or visitor data. If you receive suspicious communications, contact us immediately on help@labelexpo.com.
Remember, we will never sell the data of our visitors or exhibitors. Anyone claiming to have this data is fraudulent.
Top types of scams to look out for:
Back walls: All structural back walls of neighboring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 meters.
Ceilings: Totally enclosed ceilings are strictly prohibited. Exhibition stand ceilings must not obstruct the sprinklers and shall have an open space of over 50% of the total stand area to ensure fire prevention safety.
A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Labelexpo marketing and PR use.
If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.
Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.
