Noise levels must be kept below 80 decibels & must not cause annoyance to neighboring exhibitors and/or the public. In the case of dispute, the organizers decision is always final. 

Demonstrations and presentations: 
Exhibitors who intend to provide demonstrations or make presentations during the exhibiting must strictly follow rules & regulations.  

Exhibitors are allowed to use loudspeakers for demonstrations and presentations in your booths under conditions that: 

• Such demonstration and presentation must not interfere with the conduct of business of other exhibitors and visitors. 
• Exhibitors are not allowed to place any display materials or exhibits beyond their contracted boundary. 
• Position of loudspeaker in your booth and sound level:

1. Any loudspeaker to be used during the exhibition must face on to exhibitor’s stand only.      
2. Any loudspeaker which is not placed on the floor must be 45 degrees bent down (see below picture).
3. Maximum volume is 75 decibel by measured from distance of 3 meters away from the stand.
