Labelexpo Americas 2024

We can help you build a PR buzz around your presence at the show. 

The main reason why people visit Labelexpo Americas is to see new products.

To make sure you're on every visitor's short list, please send us a short news story (no longer than 100 words) about any products that you will be launching at the show along with a high res image of the product. These will be included in the Product Launches section of the website (subject to approval) and may be selected for the electronic newsletters that we will distribute to press and visitors before the show.

The official photographer for Labelexpo Americas 2024 will be taking some general photos for future marketing use by the Labelexpo team. He is also available, at an extra cost, to photograph your stand, team or media events.

If you wish to have your own photographer take pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.

Please note you will only to be able to photograph/video on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.

Parking for exhibitors is available at a special rate of $40 per car/private van for all three show days and move-in and move-out days as required.

Daily parking without a pass is $15.

Exhibitors are to claim their parking ticket at the garage and bring it into the RES Service Center for payment and their receipt.

Exhibitors operating equipment during Labelexpo are required to comply with Section 1910-95, Occupational Noise Exposure of the Department of Safety and Health Administration Regulations.

Exhibitors operating sound amplifying or audio-visual equipment must do so in a manner as to not disturb other exhibitors.

Show management will be the sole arbiter of the acceptability of sound levels.

Sound systems & speakers must be positioned pointing inwards so that sound can be contained within the perimeter of the booth.

It is a good idea to promote your presence at Labelexpo Americas 2024. Please add the Labelexpo Americas 2024 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases, and email signatures.

We freely share our logos and creative material. We just ask that you don’t materially alter them without prior permission.

DON'T FORGET - Early Bird Rate Expires on 12th August 2024. 

You must obtain your own insurances to exhibit at the Show. See clause 9* of the contract.  At a minimum Informa requires you to maintain general liability insurance:
1.      while you are at the Show (including move in and move out dates) – Please refer to the ‘Schedule’ section in this portal
2.      for a coverage of at least $2,000,000; and
3.      that names Informa as an additional insured.
