Show management approval is required for all stand and booth structures exceeding 10 feet in height. Stand plans should be submitted no later than 31st July 2024.

Labelexpo Americas 2024  publishes a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included in the show guide are details of each exhibitor: who you are, what you do and how to get in touch with you. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your show guide listing will automatically update as well.

LABELEXPO AMERICAS 2024 HAS A TARGETED MOVE-IN SCHEDULE.
THE SCHEDULE MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO – NO EXCEPTIONS

Each exhibitor will be notified of their earliest allotted move-in time and day by Rosemont Exposition Services (RES), Inc. in early June 2024

All exhibits MUST be completed by 6:00pm on Monday, September 9th. The show officially opens at 9:00am on Tuesday, September 10th 2024
