CHILDREN - We regret that no one under the age of 18 will be permitted access to this Exhibition. This rule also applies to Exhibitors' and Contractors' children during the build-up, open, and dismantle periods.
Riyadh Front Expo Centre has a car park which will be available for exhibitors, sponsors and visitors and operate on a first-come, first-served basis, except for disabled parking. Car parking is free of charge.
The limitations of noise levels at the venue must follow local authority legal requirements. If these are exceeded, exhibitors are subject to a fine. Reasonable noise levels are considered as a maximum of 80 dB.
Any excessive noise that forms a part of an activity at the venue must be advised two weeks in advance of the event so that suitable measures can be taken to protect staff from the potential harm of excessive noise.
It is a good idea to promote your presence at Gulf Print & Pack 2025. Please add the Gulf Print & Pack 2025 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases and email signatures.
We freely share our logos and creative material. We just ask that you don’t materially alter them without prior permission.
There is no free Wi-Fi or internet during the event.

The organisers are not responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitors from fire, theft, damage for any reason, or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third parties.

Security:
Security Officers will patrol the halls throughout the build-up, open days and breakdown of the exhibition both day and night.
Exhibitors are advised that exhibitions tend to be relatively insecure environments and that security guards cannot solely watch your stand.
