A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Gulf Print & Pack marketing and PR use.
If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.
Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.
Waste materials should never be left on-site. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring everything is removed at the end of the show. This includes any waste left by your appointed contractor and all stand fitting materials, such as graphics, flooring, carpet/carpet tape, packaging materials and excess literature, both during the stand build-up and breakdown periods.
Waste removal is not free of charge and services should be pre-ordered in advance from Riyadh Front Expo Centre.

STAND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS
Alcohol: Drinking of alcohol or taking illegal drugs on site during the build up and breakdown phase is completely forbidden and is restricted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any person found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from the halls and the authorities will be contacted.

Gulf Print & Pack 2025 will publish a printed floor plan for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included are details of each exhibitor – who you are, what you do and how to find you on the show floor. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your floor plan listing will automatically update as well.
Exhibitors should contact DSV Soultions, who have been appointed as the official freight forwarder for the event.
They can assist in a door-to-door service to and from the event through their network of worldwide partners. Alternatively, you can send the goods to Bangkok Port or Airport, consigned to their local partner, and they will take over the shipment from there.
