Photography
A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Gulf Print & Pack marketing and PR use.
If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.
Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.
Water and waste
Waste materials should never be left on-site. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring everything is removed at the end of the show. This includes any waste left by your appointed contractor and all stand fitting materials, such as graphics, flooring, carpet/carpet tape, packaging materials and excess literature, both during the stand build-up and breakdown periods.
Waste removal is not free of charge and services should be pre-ordered in advance from Riyadh Front Expo Centre.
Travel
Gulf Print & Pack 2025 will take place at the Riyadh Front Exhibition Conference Center (RFECC).

Getting to the show:
Temporary staff
Please order temporary staff through Arab Expo.

Suspensions / rigging
Rigging is only permitted above your space only stand and must comply with the maximum building height of 6m from ground to the highest element of the structure.
All rigging orders must be made directly with Arab Expo.

Stands (provided by us)
If you have booked a basic shell scheme stand package you will receive the following:
- 1 x fascia name board
- 1 x cabinet (please note this is NOT lockable)
- 3 x chairs
- 1 x round table
- Light grey carpet
- 1 x waste bin
- 1 x 3 pin socket
- 1 x spotlight rail with 5 spotlights
Quantities vary depending on the size of the stand.
Stands (built by you)
As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.
STAND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS
Alcohol: Drinking of alcohol or taking illegal drugs on site during the build up and breakdown phase is completely forbidden and is restricted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any person found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from the halls and the authorities will be contacted.
