It is your legal and moral responsibility to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of everyone sharing your work site at the exhibition. Download and read the Health & Safety document.  

Security:

Security Officers will patrol the halls throughout the build-up, open days and breakdown of the exhibition both day and night. 

Exhibitors are advised that exhibitions tend to be relatively insecure environments and that security guards cannot solely watch your stand.  

Shell scheme stands include: 

• 1 x fascia name board 
• 1 x cabinet (please note this is NOT lockable) 
• 3 x chairs 
• 1 x round table  
• Light grey carpet 
• 1 x waste bin 
• 1 x 3 pin socket 
• 1 x spotlight rail with 5 spotlights

Electricity is NOT included in the space only stands. You need to order your stand electricity requirements.  
 

For safety and liability reasons, the installation of electrical power onto stands may only be undertaken by Arab Expo, who will ensure that all connections are verified as safe before use. 

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own stand cleaning and may employ the services of the official cleaning company or their stand contractor. Note that it is the exhibitors’ responsibility to remove all stand material at the close of the event.  

Cleaning services can be ordered directly through Arab Expo Exhibition & Events Services.

Exhibitors who abandon stand material or excess trash at the close of the expo will be charged for removal.

Exhibitor Badges 
All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event. 
The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked). 
Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased.

Onsite Floor Plan 
A display advertisement within the Floor Plan will increase visibility and help drive visitors to your stand. Each visitor will be given the Floor Plan to help them navigate around the show.
