This section provides all the information for any Packaged stands / Stands (Provided by Us). To confirm your stand type, please refer to your exhibition contract or reach our to your Account Manager.

Click the Action Link at the bottom of this page to log in to your FERN Exhibitor Kit and order additional booth services such as labor, hard walls, signage, etc.

• Please check your email for login details sent by exhibitorservices@fernexpo.com or use the forgot password option on the Exhibitor Kit website. The subject line will say "New Account Invitation for OFFPRICE"

If you have booked a a) Shell Scheme or b) Package Stand you will receive the following: 

a) Shell Scheme includes walling / carpet / nameboard. 
b) Package Stand includes shell scheme walling/ carpet / nameboard / 1 x electrical outlet 500 watts / 3 x spotlights / 1 x table / 3 x chairs / lockable storage closet (1mx1m) / 1 x modular counter (1m x 1.5m) / waste basket / 1 x literature rack. 

If you have booked a basic shell scheme stand package, you will receive the following: 

• 1 x Brochure stand 
• 1 x Fascia nameboard 
• 1 x Lockable cabinet 
• 3 x Chairs  
• 1 x Round table  
• 1 x Waste basket 
• Light grey carpet 

Quantities vary depending on the size of the stand, please see below.

If you have booked a basic shell scheme stand package you will receive the following:

• 1 x cabinet (please note this is NOT lockable) 
• 3 x chairs 
• 1 x round table  
• Light grey carpet 
• 1 x waste bin 
• 1 x 3 pin socket 
• 1 x spotlight rail with 5 spotlights
