The Label Summit is a shell scheme event and all stands will be built by us (per your contract for space)

Your stand will include the following: 
•    Dimensions 3m x 2m (6sqm) 
•    Shell Scheme Walls
•    1 x dressed table 1.2m
•    2 x chairs
•    1 x waste basket 
•    Carpet (the venue is pre carpeted)
•    2 x spotlights 
•    One x double 110 volt socket 
•    Nameboard with Company Name & Stand Number 

Exhibitors occupying shell scheme stands must ensure that all internal stand fitting and displays are contained within the shell scheme structure and do not exceed 2.5m in height. No display materials or logos may be fixed to the shell scheme fascia panel. No fixings may be made to the walls by piercing or screwing anything onto the panels or beams. Exhibitors will be charged for any damages to shell scheme panels. 

Exhibitors may affix lightweight photographs and technical information sheets etc, direct to the shell scheme walls with good quality double-sided adhesive pads or similar, provided such material can be removed without damage to the wall panels, any damage made to the panels will result in a charge.

Shell scheme stands will be available to exhibitors to take possession 14:00-18:00 on Monday 11th March 2024
