Over 90 countries are expected to be represented by military/government delegations at Dubai Airshow 2023.

In order to facilitate the Delegations management process you are invited to select your top ten (10) target military/government delegations by country using the form below.

Organisers will make every effort to ensure delegations requested through the exhibitor portal are passed to the UAE Ministry of Defence and visiting Heads of Delegation.  

Please note: All official military/government delegations are hosted and facilitated by the UAE Ministry of Defence and as such are under their administrative control. The decision to call at exhibitor stands is made by the Head of Delegation. Where possible our hall liaison officers team will work to direct delegations to your stand.

• An oficial delegations desk is located at the front of the main hall for on-site enquiries.
• Hall liaison officers will also be operating in the hall to assist exhibitors and the visiting delegations.  
• Only 10 requests will be accepted for processing through to the UAE Government.
