Emirates Flight Catering is the exclusive supplier of food and beverage to all exhibitors at the venue. As per our event policy and Dubai municipality's hygiene and food safety regulations, it is not allowed to bring any food and beverages from external sources into the premises during the event days. No external catering contractors are permitted.
Discounted lunch and coffee vouchers are available for pre-purchase online before the event. Vouchers can be picked up onsite at registration and redeemed at delicious food vendors, located in the show's Bistro area.

This rule applies to all items meant for consumption on the premises, as well as giveaways that will be handed over at the venue and consumed outside. There are numerous food and beverage options available as well as a full catering service for events and functions. Please contact the operations team below:

BITEC’s Food & Beverage Department supply all food & beverage services.
No outside food & beverage will be allowed in the venue.
Expo Guadalajara food & beverage services are exclusive to the venue. No outside food & beverage will be allowed in the venue.
If you require catering, please get in touch with the Expo Guadalajara exhibitor services. No third party is allowed to cover these services. All invoices will be issued in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
