DWTC is the exclusive supplier of food and beverage to all exhibitors at the venue. As per DWTC’s policy and Dubai municipality’s hygiene and food safety regulations, it is not allowed to bring any food or beverages from external sources into the premises during the event days. No external catering contractors are permitted.
Vouchers are available for pre-purchase and can be picked up on-site at the registration desk.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD POLICY
DWTC holds the exclusive rights to all catering services within the complex. As per Dubai Municipality’s Hygiene and Food Safety regulations, they do not allow any food or beverage to be brought onto the premises from external sources.
Rosemont Catering Company is the exclusive caterer to the Convention Center. They must provide all food and beverage provided in the center.
Catering must be ordered through Aramark Catering - please download order form and return directly to rosemontcatering@aramark.com.

As part of your stand package, registered exhibitors will be provided with coffee/tea during the conference breaks and also a seated lunch held on the 4th floor of the Agora Bogotá.
The venue has several food outlets located outside of the halls. These outlets will be open from 08:00 hrs –22.30 hrs.

Please note that the Official Contractor is the only company permitted to provide food and beverage services within the exhibition venue. No external catering contractors are permitted onsite, and no food and beverage can be hand carried on-site from none DWTC recognised vendors.
Food and Beverages
Banquet division of Jakarta Convention Center is the official caterer. Food and beverages may be ordered through the Official Standfitting Contractor’s auxiliary services. On site, there is a coffee shop / restaurant operating during the event days offering varieties of snacks, meals and drinks.
Alternatively, off site, close to the venue, there are various restaurants available at the Sultan Hotel.
Several food outlets are available within the venue. Exhibitors may order stand catering by contacting the venue.
Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is the sole F&B catering provider for the event. No external catering contractors are permitted.
