Please note that the Organiser (Aviation Week Network and F&E Tarsus) have no copyright responsibility in respect of any exhibiting company. Exhibitors are reminded that third party copyrights should not be infringed. Proper dispensation must be obtained and any royalties due paid prior to the use of materials. Should any copyright dispute arise, the Organiser (Aviation Week Network and F&E Tarsus) will not be liable for any resulting loss, or damages, sustained by any exhibitor or third party.

Exhibitors may not have generators or compressed air units on their stands.

If compressed air is required, please contact GES - official contractor.  

The organisers will be responsible for cleaning the aisles and general areas in the hall only.

It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain their stand space / area in a clean condition at all times. 

DWTC Mandatory Nightly Cleaning (Space only stands)

Several food outlets are available within the venue. Exhibitors may order stand catering by contacting the venue.

Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is the sole F&B catering provider for the event. No external catering contractors are permitted.
