Space Only Stands / Stands Built by You
Power is not included in the space only stand package. Electrical mains & power supply requirement must be ordered through the official supplier – GES. The appointed stand contractors must have their own distribution board (DB) or may order separately with GES.

Please note that the Organiser (Informa) have no copyright responsibility in respect of any exhibiting company. Exhibitors are reminded that third party copyrights should not be infringed. Proper dispensation must be obtained and any royalties due paid prior to the use of materials. Should any copyright dispute arise, the Organiser (Informa) will not be liable for any resulting loss, or damages, sustained by any exhibitor or third party.  

The organisers will be responsible for cleaning the aisles and general areas only. It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain their stand space, chalet and pavilion area in a clean condition at all times.

MEBAA Double Storey Chalet Plan

DWTC is the exclusive supplier of food and beverage to all exhibitors at the venue. As per DWTC’s policy and Dubai municipality’s hygiene and food safety regulations, it is not allowed to bring any food or beverages from external sources into the premises during the event days. No external catering contractors are permitted.  

Badge registration is open 
The registration platform will allow you to register your colleagues for exhibitor and contractor badges. As an exhibitor you will receive a free allocation of certain badges which will be reflected in your account. You will also be able to buy additional badges and various add-on's such as priority upgrades, essential maintenance and parking passes. To access your badge account, use the link below ‘Apply for your badges here.’

Exhibitors requiring Audio-Visual supplies may order through the official AV partner.

Show Guide advertising
Promote your products or services by advertising in the official Show Guide. This year we are producing a digital version of the Show Guide to be distributed through social media channels and by email to all registered attendees. In addition, the digital show guide will be available on the MEBAA Show website and the official mobile app.
