All stand, chalet & pavilion construction must be completed by 18:00 on Sunday 4th December 2022. Exhibit set up should be completed by 14:00 on Monday 5th December 2022. This is a “No Build Day” Failure to meet these deadlines will result in a penalty fee. *** Please note after this time no re-admittance to the venue will be allowed until 08:00 on Tuesday 6th December 2022 (show opening day). When vacating the site for the security sweep, please ensure all chalet and stand doors, cupboards, cabinets are left open/unlocked for inspection access. Any doors not left unlocked will be forcibly opened. |

| All exhibits, stand fittings and waste must be cleared from the exhibition hall by 18:00 on Saturday 10th December 2022. Any items left in the hall after this time will be treated as waste. All exhibits & chalet fittings must be cleared from the chalet/static area by 18:00 on Monday 12th December 2022. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a penalty fee. |
