Space only stands

Electricity is not included in the space only stands. Please place an order for your electricity requirements.

Shell scheme stands

Shell scheme stands (where we provide the basic stand) includes: 

• 3 x spotlights
• 1 x 15amp power point

You can order additional electricity for a shell scheme stand.

Cylinders cannot be stored on your stand. They need to be stored in the gas cylinder store under the control of the fire officer. You should speak directly to the lifting contractor about transportation between the store and your stand.

All piping for compressed air, gases, etc must be of a rigid tube with welded or screwed connections.

Portable compressors are not permitted for health and safety reasons and will be removed.

We will arrange cleaning for the aisles and general areas in the hall.

Stand cleaning is not included, but please order that from the official supplier.

The venue has several food stalls located outside the halls.

You can also order catering to your stand by contacting the official supplier.

You can enhance the visual impact of your stand by using audiovisual equipment. Our contractors can supply you with monitors, laptops and much more.

Water and Waste lines required for the stands can be ordered through the form below. 

When using the GES ordering website you will need to create an account, your exhibitor portal username and password will not work on the website.

Metro
The station ‘Dubai World Trade Centre’ is on the Red Line within Zone 5. Trains run every 7 minutes and with options such as Park and Ride or feeder buses connecting various neighbourhoods to the metro.
