It’s not long now until GESS Saudi (12-14 November 2024) and as an exhibitor at the event we have several free tools for you to help promote your attendance at the event. We want you to get as much as possible out of the event so have put together a list of key actions to boost your success this year as an exhibitor.

Don’t forget to advertise your presence at the show to your customers and prospects. Here are just a few ways that you can do it:

Advertise with Labels & Labeling. Labels & Labeling is the official media partner of Labelexpo Southeast Asia 2025 and is responsible for producing the floor plan. It is an ideal way to build exposure before, during and after the show. Plenty of printed and online options are available.

Onsite Floor Plan 
A display advertisement within the Floor Plan will increase visibility and help drive visitors to your stand. Each visitor will be given the Floor Plan to help them navigate around the show.

Show Guide advertising
Promote your products or services by advertising in the official Show Guide. This year we are producing a digital version of the Show Guide to be distributed through social media channels and by email to all registered attendees. In addition, the digital show guide will be available on the MEBAA Show website and the official mobile app.

Placing an advert will ensure your products are seen by our visitors, increasing the number of buyers to your stand.
