Parking Rates
Opening times: Every day from 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM

Noise levels must be kept below 80 decibels & must not cause annoyance to neighboring exhibitors and / or the public.  In the case of dispute, the Organizers decision is always final.  

It is a good idea to promote your presence at Labelexpo Mexico 2025. Please add the Labelexpo Mexico 2025 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases, and email signatures. 

We freely share our logos and creative material. We just ask that you don’t materially alter them without prior permission. 

The Internet and WiFi services are provided by Expo Guadalajara. All invoices will be issued in Mexican Pesos (MXN).

The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover is mandatory and should be against all risks both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.

You must provide a copy of your insurance policy and be insured for Public Liability to a minimum level of $2,000,000. Please submit it to help@labelexpo.com or via the below upload option.

HotelMap is the only appointed official housing agency for Labelexpo Mexico 2025. 
 

Health & Safety
It is your legal and moral responsibility to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of everyone sharing your work site at the exhibition. Download, read and sign the Health & Safety document, and submit it to help@labelexpo.com.

Security
Security officers will patrol the halls throughout the build-up, open days and breakdown of the exhibition both day and night.

SHELL SCHEME STANDS
Electricity for shell scheme stands includes:
•    1000W / 110V power supply
•    LED lighting

If you require additional electricity for your shell scheme stand, please download the Grupo SCH Electrical Form and submit your request through it.

Cylinders must not be stored on the stand but in the gas cylinder store under control of the Fire Officer and exhibitors should liaise directly with the lifting contractor concerning their transportation between the store and the exhibitors’ own stand. 

All piping for compressed air, gases, etc must be of rigid tube with welded or screwed connections.
