Better Stands

Please note that NOT all the areas on Jalisco Halls can have rigging. Please check with Expo Guadalajara if your stand location can have rigging. If so, please contact Expo Guadalajara below. 

No hanging structures are allowed for stands smaller than 30sqm.

PLEASE NOTE: the maximum height allowed for rigging is 5.5 meters.

As a space only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only. The space DOES NOT include carpet, structure, electricity or anything else. Therefore, you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space. 

Labelexpo Mexico 2025 publishes a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included in the show guide are details of each exhibitor: who you are, what you do and how to get in touch with you. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your show guide listing will automatically update as well. 

International exhibitors should contact EFM Logistics, who have been appointed as the official freight forwarder for the event.

They can assist in a door-to-door service to and from the event through their network of worldwide partners.  Alternatively, you can send the goods to Mexico City Airport consigned to their local partner, and they will take over the shipment from there. Full information can be foundbelow in the international shipping instructions.

Top types of scams to look out for:

Animals: Animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls for the duration of the tenancy except for guide dogs. During the stand build-up and dismantle period, no animals will be allowed on-site if deemed unsafe. Written requests must be submitted and approved by the Operations Team. The organizer's decision is always final.

Venue rules & regulations 

A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Labelexpo marketing and PR use.

If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.

Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.
