Label Summit Latin America 2024 publishes a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included in the show guide are details of each exhibitor: who you are, what you do and how to get in touch with you. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your show guide listing will automatically update as well.

We have appointed Rockit Global as forwarders and customs agents. Please contact them describing your needs and they will answer all your questions and doubts.

Do not send courier and/or cargo shipments directly to the exhibition venue and also without Rockit Global’s approval, as they may not arrive on time and could get lost. 

At the times listed below, the delegates will enter the exhibition area for refreshments and to visit the exhibition booths. Your booth should be staffed throughout the day and particularly at these times:

We can help you build a PR buzz around your presence at the show. If you are presenting a display or product(s) at Label Summit Latin America 2024, let us know and we can promote it through stories on the show website, newsletters, and on our social media.

A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Labelexpo marketing and PR use.

If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.

Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.

There is ample parking at the Agora with capacity for over 1,000 vehicles in 2 basements.

Access is through Calle 25 # 33-60.

The price is 25.000COP per day. 

Exhibitors are requested to keep noise/volume levels down on music systems, audio-visual displays, videos and volume levels should not interfere with a normal conversation on neighbouring stands. Any excessive noise emitted within the venue must not be of a noise level that prevents the visitor from hearing the emergency announcements. Organisers reserve the right to ask in any circumstances to have volume levels turned down if necessary. 

It is a good idea to promote your presence at Label Summit Latin America 2024. Please add the Label Summit Latin America 2024 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases, and email signatures.

We freely share our logos and creative material. We just ask that you don’t materially alter them without prior permission.

The venue has a basic free-of-charge WiFi network in the common areas with a bandwidth of 3 megabytes. If you need internet access for your stand please contact the venue.
