Gulf Print & Pack 2024

As a Space Only exhibitor, you have hired the floor space only therefore you are responsible for providing everything within the specified space.

If you require lifting and fork lifting services or information on delivery, transportation and removal of exhibits please contact the official contractor. 

The use of powered mechanical handling and access equipment is strictly controlled.

Visitors can choose between paid and free parking at Dubai World Trade Centre. 

Paid for valet parking is also available at the main entrance, subject to availability: Convention Gate (Location: Convention Tower), Exhibition Gate (Location: Exhibition Plaza opposite ibis hotel) and Trade Centre Arena (Location: Arena Plaza 1 and 2). 

Venue car parks are available for organisers, exhibitors, sponsors and visitors and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitors are requested to keep noise/volume levels down on music systems, audio-visual displays, videos and volume levels should not interfere with normal conversation on neighbouring stands.  

Any excessive noise emitted within the venue must not be of a noise level that prevents the visitor from hearing the emergency announcements.

Organisers reserve the right to ask in any circumstances to have volume levels turned down if necessary. 

Insurance PLI (Public Liability Insurance) Exhibitors & Contractors: 

Exhibitors & Contractors are responsible for obtaining PLI insurance protection for their stand build (Contractors), exhibits, property and personnel against all risks as stated in the General Conditions for GPP 2024. Equipment should be insured both in transit and on location at the exhibition site for the entire period of the exhibition. 

The official travel agent, RW Events can help with all accommodation, travel and regional enquiries.

They are able to provide exhibitors with competitive rates for both accommodation and travel for GPP 2024.

Animals are not permitted during build-up, opening & breakdown periods. ONLY Guide Dogs are permitted in the Halls during the show open days, please ensure you notify the Operations Team if you do plan to bring a Guide Dog. 

No person under 16 years of age can be admitted to the GPP 2024 trade exhibition during the build-up, open period or breakdown as it is a B2B trade only event.  

Shell scheme stands (where the organiser builds & provides the basic stand)

Basic furniture package includes (per stand): 

• 1 x table (black)
• 2 x chairs (black)
• 1 x waste basket (black)
• Grey Carpet

You can order flowers and plants to enhance the visual appeal of your stand. 
Please contact Blooms directly for further information about their products and to place an order. 
Blooms will also be located on-site throughout build-up should exhibitors require to place last minute orders. 
However, please note that only a limited supply will be available on-site.
