GESS Dubai 2023

Exhibitors and their contractors are advised that no fixings, alteration or damage must be made to any part of the premises. Any damage to walls, columns, floor, GES shell schemes, hired accessories or other parts of the premises will be charged to exhibitors and you should be aware that costs for this are likely to be very substantial. Please ensure that any contractors that you may employ are aware of this as well as those found to be connected to your presence at the show may incur costs that will be levied directly to you.

Now in its 16th year, the world class GESS brand is going from strength to strength with events in Dubai, Turkey, Indonesia and Africa as well as a host of digital offerings. Whether you’re exhibiting at one of our events or simply looking to raise awareness of your brand, we’ve got options to suit all budgets.

BUILD UP:

A strategic public relations programme, predominantly in Arabic and English, has been put into place and here are some recommendations on how to fully take advantage of it. 

Exhibitor Questionnaire. ComCo MEA will be distributing an exhibitor questionnaire to gather meaningful and exciting stories worth adding to official press releases, newsletters and relevant marketing collateral

Visitors can choose between paid and free parking at Dubai World Trade Centre. 

Paid for valet parking is also available at the main entrance, subject to availability: Convention Gate (Location: Convention Tower), Exhibition Gate (Location: Exhibition Plaza opposite ibis hotel) and Trade Centre Arena (Location: Arena Plaza 1 and 2). 

Venue car parks are available for organisers, exhibitors, sponsors and visitors and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitors are requested to keep noise/volume levels down on music systems, audio-visual displays, videos and volume levels should not interfere with normal conversation on neighbouring stands.  
Any excessive noise emitted within the venue must not be of a noise level that prevents the visitor from hearing the emergency announcements.
Organisers reserve the right to ask in any circumstances to have volume levels turned down if necessary. 
 

GESS Dubai Logo 
You can download the GESS Dubai logo to use on your marketing materials - if you require another format (eps, png) please contact the marketing team. Use of the GESS Dubai logo should conform to the GESS brand guidelines which you can find out more about from the document below. 

Wired Internet
A computer or device with a RJ45 network interface is required to use DWTC wired internet connections. Internet lines are activated on the last day of build-up. Please advise your Event Planner if you require the service prior to this date. 

Insurance PLI (Public Liability Insurance) Exhibitors & Contractors: 
Exhibitors & Contractors are responsible for obtaining PLI insurance protection for their stand build (Contractors), exhibits, property and personnel against all risks as stated in the General Conditions for GESS 2023. Equipment should be insured both in transit and on location at the exhibition site for the entire period of the exhibition.
