A strategic public relations programme, predominantly in Arabic and English, has been put into place and here are some recommendations on how to fully take advantage of it. 

Exhibitor Questionnaire. ComCo MEA will be distributing an exhibitor questionnaire to gather meaningful and exciting stories worth adding to official press releases, newsletters and relevant marketing collateral

Press Kits. ComCo MEA will be maintaining an Exhibitors Folder in its Media Portal. You are welcome to submit your press kits for inclusion. Kindly add your contact details so press can reach out to you directly for inquiries. 

  1. Content should be sent in Word document format. 
  2. Content should be informative and not too promotional, as if it is, it will most likely not be published by the media
  3. Anything relevant to the Middle East market has a better chance of getting published, especially if:
  •  It is in line with the education agenda of the government
  • Has useful statistics included about the education market
  • Press kits with hi-res image/s have higher chance of getting noticed. 
     

Interviews. If you have a spokesperson available for interview, please let ComCo MEA know so they can inform press and connect you if there’s interest. To showcase your spokesperson’s credentials, kindly prepare the following.

  • Spokesperson’s bio highlighting key achievements 
  • Key topics that spokesperson can expertly discuss 
  • High-res image of spokesperson
     

Daily Events Diary. A Press Office will be fully operational throughout the exhibition managed by ComCo Middle East and Africa. Any information on exhibitor related events should be forwarded for inclusion 24 hours ahead of distribution. Minor notes can be added based on actual outcome of initiatives.

Media Badges. If you are inviting your own press, kindly fill out corresponding media accreditation form to ensure they are supported at the event. For more information speak to the GESS Dubai Marketing Team.
