GAS 2024

The organisers will be responsible for cleaning the aisles and general areas only. It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain their stand space in a clean condition at all times. 

Stands Provided by Us (Sponsorship stands / Packaged stands) will be delivered in a clean state for the show opening. Exhibitors are then responsible for any further cleaning requirement during show days.
 
Stands Built by You / Space Only exhibitors and their appointed contractors will be responsible for the cleaning of their areas.

All catering or any F&B requirements must be ordered directly through the venue / hotel. No external catering contractors are permitted.

Exhibitors may order catering for their stand directly through the venue services, go to 'Contacts / Official Supplier' below.
 

Registration  
Your account manager will provide the registration portal link and your company's unique access code. Choose 'sponsor badges' enter your code, and start your registration. Your unique code will have a limited number of uses, if you need to register additional people, please contact your account manager.

Exhibitors requiring Audio-Visual supplies may order through the official AV partner.
