FREE WiFi is available in the hall during the event, its coverage is dependent on the number of users and is limited to basic internet browsing with no commitment to speed and performance. Exhibitors may order a more consistent connection for their stand through the official supplier.

Please note that phone lines will not be available to Pavilions on the static park. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have a communication link between the stands and the chalets, each individual point will be provided with a separate line. 

The organisers cannot accept responsibility for damage to stands or loss of property on any stand or anywhere else at the exhibition, or during its delivery/removal from the building for any reason whatsoever. The organisers are not responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitors from fire, theft, damage for any reason, or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third parties.

Exhibitors and stand contractors must submit a valid certificate of insurance to the organisers. This insurance policy must include/cover the following:

• Animals
• Aquarium
• Balloons
• Candles / Flames
• Compressed Air
• Compressed Gas
• Flammable Gases / Toxic Chemicals / Ethanol
• Haze and Smoke Machines
• Lasers
• Pyrotechnics
• Water Fountains and Water Screens

Special approvals are required for the following:

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

It is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Contractors, and all persons working or entering the halls during build-up and breakdown to always adhere to the H&S guidelines and wear proper PPE. An accident onsite may prove costly; please make sure that you and/or your stand contractor has adequate insurance cover.

The minimum and mandatory PPE requirements are:

The Gala dinner is by invitation only.

• Exhibitors receive an allocation of free tickets to the Gala Dinner, and you will have already been notified of how many by email.
• Don't call us, we'll email you!  - Unfortunately, we are not able to give out allocation numbers over the phone. 
• The event is now sold out so you will not be able to purchase additional tickets. You will still receive your free allocation.
• Tickets should be collected onsite. Check back here for collection dates and times to be confirmed.

A variety of fresh flowers and plants are available for hire from the official supplier – BLOOMS.

Space Only Stands / Stands Built by You
Electricity is NOT included in the space only stand package. Electrical mains & power supply requirement must be ordered through the official supplier – GES. The appointed stand contractors must have their own distribution board (DB) or may order separately with GES. Go to ‘Actions/Links’ below to order Space Only electrics from GES

Proper permission must be obtained, and any applicable royalties must be paid before using materials. In the event of a copyright dispute, Informa will not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages incurred by exhibitors or third parties.

During build-up, contractors and exhibitors are required to maintain good standards of housekeeping and not obstruct corridors or emergency exits. Combustible waste must not be permitted to build up in the halls and must be removed regularly to a suitable disposal area. Any uncontrolled dumping of waste outside the bins they are allocated for is forbidden.
