The official on-site freight handler are GT Exhibitions Ltd & Airlink International and will be the only companies authorised to perform lifting and fork lifting in the hall. Stand build contractors and exhibitors will not be permitted to operate any lifting or access equipment. Any unauthorised lifting or access equipment will be removed from site.

Publicity and promotion

Parking
Car park and drop-off passes will be available for collection onsite from Sunday 05 November from the Exhibitor service desks.

Noise
Exhibitors are requested to keep the noise level below 55 decibels and must not cause disturbance nor interfere with normal conversation on neighbouring stands and/or the public. Any excessive noise emitted within the venue must not be of a noise level that prevents from hearing any emergency announcements.
In the case of a dispute, the organisers’ decision is always final.
Logo / branding guidelines
The Dubai Airshow Logo
You can download the Dubai Airshow logo to use in your marketing materials - if you require another format (eps, png) please contact the marketing team or download here. Use of the Dubai Airshow logo should conform to the Dubai Airshow logo brand guidelines which you can find out more about from the document below.
Insurance
Dubai Airshow cannot accept responsibility for damage to stands or loss of property on any stand or anywhere else at the exhibition, or during its delivery/removal from the building for any reason whatsoever.
The organisers are not responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitors from fire, theft, damage for any reason, or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third parties.
You should obtain insurance coverage for materials in transit to and from the venue and for the duration of the event.
Health, safety and security
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
It is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Contractors and all persons working or entering the halls during build-up and breakdown to always adhere to the H&S guidelines and wear proper PPE.
Furniture / carpet
Stands (Provided by Us):
Furniture is not included in the Shell Scheme package but will be provided with a Sky Blue Carpet. Please check the 'Stands (Provided by Us)' section for details.
