Friday 20th October 08:00 – 18:00 Access to Site for Static Park Pavilions
Wednesday 25th October 08:00 – 18:00 Access to Site for Single Storey Chalets (B Row)
Tuesday 31st October & Wednesday 1st November 08:00 – 20:00 Heavy Lift Day & Pre-rig Day
Thursday 2nd & Friday 3rd November  08:00 – 20:00 Access to Site for Double Deck Space Only
Stands (Hot Work - Day)
Saturday 4th November 08:00 – 20:00 Access to Site for Space Only Stands (Built By You)
Wednesday 8th November 08:00 – 20:00 Access to Site for Shell Scheme Exhibitors (Stands Provided by Us)
Wednesday 8th November 16:00 – 18:00 All freight and debris to be cleared from Static Area
Friday 10th November 08:00 – 18:00 All stand construction must be fully completed
Saturday 11th November 08:00 – 18:00 NO BUILD DAY- Only dressing and graphics
Sunday 12th November 09:00 – 12:00 SECURITY SWEEP DAY AND A NO BUILD DAY– all personnel must vacate the show site. (Access only for Dubai Police, Management, Official Contractors, Priority and Exhibitors ONLY).

Non-official contractor badge type holders will not have access to the site or venue unless they are in possession of an 'Essential Maintenance add-on' applied to their contractor badge. Same procedure applies during the show open hours on the 13-17Nov.

• All stand, chalet & pavilion construction must be completed by 18:00 on Friday 10th November. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in a penalty fee.
• Note Saturday 11th November is a day allotted for minimal dressing of stands, graphic hanging and small exhibit placing until 18:00 only.
• Please note after this time (Saturday 11th November - 18:00) access will be restricted per the above mentioned schedule on Sunday 12th November. When vacating the site for the security sweep day, please ensure all chalet and stand doors, cupboards, cabinets are left open/unlocked for inspection access. Any doors not left unlocked may be forcibly opened.

Saturday 18th – Sunday 19th November 08:00 – 18:00 Official breakdown starts. Dismantling & Removal of Indoor Stands
Saturday 18th - Wednesday 22nd November 08:00 – 18:00 Official breakdown starts. Dismantling & Removal of Chalets & Pavilions
All exhibits stand fittings and waste must be cleared from the exhibition hall by 18:00 on Sunday 19th November 2023. Any items left in the hall after this time will be treated as waste. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a penalty fee.

The organizers and the venue will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to stands, exhibits or any personal belongings left unattended.
