Policies and Procedures for Exhibitor Appointed Contractor
You are required to notify FERN via their online form ONLY if you are planning to have an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor install and/or dismantle your exhibit. Please refer to the following terms for Policies and Procedures. Please click below to complete the form and view policy details via your FERN Exhibitor Kit.
- Click Notify FERN at the bottom of this page to access your FERN OneView Dashboard
- Log in, then Click Lavor Services > Independent Display House Contractor (EAC)
Additionally, you may pre-register contractors for easy check-in onsite. Contractor badges are intended for setup and teardown personnel ONLY and will not be permitted on the floor during show days, October 17-18.
Contractors will be required to check in at the registration desk with a valid photo ID.
BOOTH SETUP HOURS
Monday October 16th -- 8am-10pm
BOOTH TEARDOWN HOURS
Wednesday October 18th -- 5:01pm-10pm
Thursday October 19th -- 8am - 10am
