Getting to the show by Taxi:
• You will find the Dubai Taxi Service immediately upon exiting the airport.
• Taxis are very affordable in Dubai and are available from your hotel or can be hailed on the road.
• Please note that the demand for taxis in Dubai can be high and at peak times.

Getting to the show by Train / Metro:
• The closest Metro station to the show site is IBN Battuta
• The Marina mall metro is the closest to the shuttle bus daily drop off.

• Are you driving to the Airshow site? Follow the directions here.
• There is parking available on-site.

Getting to the show by Shuttle Bus:

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) / First Aid Services
The EMS station is located outside the hall near the control tower. The EMS team will be available from 08:00 to 22:00 during build-up and tear-down. During event days, this service is operational from 1 hour prior to the start of the event until 1 hour after the event closure. Medical assistance will also be available from mobile practitioners around the site. 


Emergency Procedures and Evacuation Plan
If it becomes necessary to evacuate the building, a public address system announcement will be broadcasted in the hall.

If you hear this message, you should immediately:
• Switch off electrical equipment on your stand and make your way calmly to the nearest available exit.
• Do not stop or attempt to return to collect your personal items.
• Ensure you follow the instructions of the venue staff who will direct you to the nearest place of safety.

Exhibitor Services
Our official contractors and preferred suppliers are available onsite during build-up and throughout the opening hours of the exhibition show days. Their offices are located inside the hall on the ground floor, and each will have a dedicated team who can advise exhibitors on existing orders and help them place any additional orders.

Should you require further assistance, you may also visit the organizers’ office located on the first floor. All offices will be signposted. 


Lost and Found
The lost and found office is located on the ground floor by the main entrance of the exhibition hall. Items may be returned to the rightful owner upon presentation of reasonable proof of ownership. The lost and found office operates only during the show open days.

The organizers assume no responsibility for the care and/or protection of any personal belongings left unattended on venue property or for the loss, under any circumstance including theft, vandalism, or malicious mischief of any such belonging.

Anybody losing property should report the details to the lost and found office as soon as they become aware of the loss. Losses may be reported to the lost and found office / venue security and must be followed up with an official report of loss, theft, or disappearance. A police report may be required.


People with Determination (PWD)
The venue exhibition hall is wheelchair accessible including all meeting rooms, conference stages and public areas. Car park spaces are also available for PWD (people with determination). Toilets on the ground floor and on the first floor have PWD access, whilst all doorways and lifts accommodate standard wheelchairs and have low-level buttons. Visitor wheelchairs are subject to availability and can be borrowed from the Emergency Medical Services station (EMS), located outside the hall near the control tower.


Prayer Rooms
Prayer rooms are available and located in the northeast and northwest of the exhibition hall.


Venue Infrastructure
It is NOT permitted to drill foundations, any part of the stand or product displays into the venue floor or walls under any circumstances. Do not paint, tape, nail, screw, drill or tack anything to the walls, columns, floor or ceiling of the venue or adjoining stands/displays. Any damage made to the venue will be charged back to exhibitor or stand contractors in question.
