The organisers will be responsible for cleaning the aisles and general areas only. It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain their stand space, chalet and pavilion area in a clean condition at all times. 

• Packaged stands / Stands Provided by Us (First-Time Exhibitors / Show Ready / Vista Pods) will be delivered in a clean state for the show opening. Exhibitors are then responsible for any further cleaning requirement during show days.
   
• Stands Built by You / Space only exhibitors and their appointed contractors will be responsible for the cleaning of their areas.
