Overtime working:

Contractors/exhibitors are able to work later than 18:00 on ALL days apart from Monday 15th September where we are locking down the halls for a sweep. There will be no charge for late working between 18:00-20:00 however if you would like to work after 20:00 you will need to arrange that at the Exhibitor Service Desk 48h in advance – surcharges will be applied and a minimum of 4h will need to be contracted.
Late Work Charges
Exhibitors who need to work after 20:00 during standard set-up and dismantling hours MUST apply 48 hours in advance at the Exhibitor Service Desk. Late working charges are 1.650,00 € per 4h (minimum order).
Note:
a) Late orders received less than 24 hours before needed are subject to approval and surcharge.
b) If Logistic services such as machinery rental or material delivery/unloading are required, exhibitors must contact them directly.
c) Exhibitors who require electricity outside the standard hours, should apply for a permanent connection at the respective ServiFira Customer Service Desk.
d) On Monday 15th September, late working request will not be permitted.
