Exhibitor Badges
All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.
The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked).
Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased in the badge portal.
Leads
Collect the details of visitors you meet at the show by scanning their badges with our official lead retrieval app, Visit Connect.
You will automatically have a certain number of lead retrieval app licenses as part of your show package. You can increase the number you have by upgrading your package or simply ordering more licenses below. (Please note you can only buy additional scan app licenses if you have a package that is Gold, Silver or Bronze).
VIP CODES - Coming soon.
VIP codes are perfect for your top clients and prospects. Show them that they are appreciated and invite them to come and see your latest products. VIP codes cannot be used by your own staff.
Each exhibitor has 1 free VIP pass for every 3 sqm of stand space, rounded to the nearest integer. For example, a 9sqm stand will give you 3 free VIP passes.
Additional VIP codes are available at £35 each (your client still pays nothing). Minimum order is 10 VIP codes.
Contractor Badges
Contractors must register for badges before coming onsite for build-up and dismantling. It will delay your contractor's work if they do not have their badges before they come onsite, so please make sure to pre-register.
It is imperative that contractors complete the stand contractor information form so we know who will be building your stand and will grant you access to the venue premises.

Our contractor badges are digital and are a QR code, every contractor entering the premises will need to have their contractor pass ready. Please note all contractors will need to always carry their ID's along with the QR code on their phones.
Contractor badges are not valid during the exhibition open days.
