Exhibitor badges

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.

The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 100 square feet of space booked).
Additional exhibitor badges can be ordered on the badge portal, please find your access link below.

Leads

Collect the details of visitors you meet at the show by scanning their badges with our official lead retrieval app, Visit Connect.

You will automatically have a certain number of lead retrieval app licenses as part of your show package. You can increase the number you have either by upgrading your package or simply ordering more licenses below.

Touchpoints

All of our attendee badges are fitted with an RFID chip in them. When an attendee touches their badge against your touchpoint you will get their contact data. So remember to place your touchpoint in a prominent place on your booth. Also, as part of the “touch” the attendee will receive details about your product into their “digital briefcase”. To make sure they receive information about your product we recommend you add relevant sales documents, pdfs and video links about your product in your portal.

You can purchase extra touchpoints to have around your stand to ensure you capture as many attendee details as possible.

VIP Codes

VIP codes are perfect for your top clients and prospects. Show them that they are appreciated and invite them to come and see your latest products. VIP codes cannot be used by your own staff. Each exhibitor has 3 VIP codes per 100sqft space booked. You can download your VIP codes once you access the badging system.

Additional VIP codes are available at $35 each (your client still pays nothing). Minimum order is 10 VIP codes and can be ordered below.

1 VIP code per person/registration, gives them free entry and access to the show for all 3 days. VIP codes must be used prior to arriving onsite.

VIP passes can be accessed via the badge portal and can be found listed under the ‘Guest’ section and are called ‘Action Codes’.
