Build-up

It is mandatory for all exhibitors and contractors complete the venue - Contractors & Suppliers Policies and Procedure.

Dismantle

Friday, 27 September 2024 (Official Breakdown Starts) 08:00 – 22:00 Removal Of Handheld Goods Only, Vacate All Shell Scheme Stands

All indoor exhibits, stand fittings and waste must be cleared from the exhibition hall by 6pm on Saturday 14th December. All outdoor exhibits, chalet fittings, pavilions and waste must be cleared from the outdoor areas and static area on Tuesday 17th December at 6pm. Any items left in these areas after the specified times will be treated as waste. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a penalty fee.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

It is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Contractors and all persons working or entering the halls during build-up and breakdown to always adhere to the H&S guidelines and wear proper PPE. An accident onsite may prove costly, please make sure that you and / or your stand contractor has adequate insurance cover.

The minimum and mandatory PPE requirements are:

High visibility jackets, Closed protective shoes, Hard hat
