Show Guide advertising
Promote your products or services by advertising in the official Show Guide. This year we are producing a digital version of the Show Guide to be distributed through social media channels and by email to all registered attendees. In addition, the digital show guide will be available on the MEBAA Show website and the official mobile app.

Fabrics Used In Displays 
Textile fabrics used for interior display purposes on the stand must be FIRE RETARDENT or purchased already treated by use of approved chemicals. Certain fabrics need not be fire proofed, i.e., wool, twill or felt. Textile fabrics used for interior decorative purposes within stands must be fixed taut and or in tight pleats (not draped) to a solid backing and secured 3 inches above floor level and not touching any light fittings. Cellulose paints are flammable and must not be used for stand dressing. Water based paints must be used.

All exhibitors at GESS Dubai need a badge to access the halls at GESS Dubai. You can order your badges using our online badge form this can be accessed on the link below. 

Contractor Badges 

Labelexpo India 2022 will take place in halls 1,3,5 and 7 at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida.

Temporary staff and translation services are available for your stand.

Rigging is not allowed in the halls.

As a space only exhibitor, you have only hired the floor space. So you are responsible for providing everything within your specified space.

Stand construction regulations

Back walls

All structural back walls of neighbouring exhibition stands must be properly decorated and finished in white at the rear and against dividing walls above 2.5 meters.
