Publicity and promotion
Four Communications, our official PR agency, is working closely with leading local and international aerospace and trade publications to maximise exposure for the event and its participants before, during, and after the show. To learn more about the PR programme, please contact pr@dubai.aero 

Exhibitor co-marketing
Promoting your presence at the event significantly enhances your return on investment (ROI). To support this, we provide a range of customisable marketing materials, including banners and email signatures, that you can share through your own channels. Contact our marketing team to access these resources.

Publicity material & electronic press box
Send your press releases, announcements, and other materials to the Four Communications email pr@dubai.aero. They will distribute your content to media attending the show, as well as through our media channels and on the show website.

Exhibitors’ PR agency support
If your company works with a PR agency, they are welcome to request access to the registered media database. They can also submit materials to the electronic press mailbox or book press conference rooms on your behalf. Please note that PR agency staff are not eligible for media badges and will not have access to the press centre. They must be registered as exhibitors or visitors.

Media Centre 
The Media Centre is accessible only to accredited media badge holders and offers the following services:
•    Media Centre Reception area
•    Dedicated media office with Wi-Fi, laptops, internet, and printers
•    Media lounge with refreshments

Media badges
•    Media badges are strictly for accredited members of the press, including publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, and broadcasters. Proof of credentials is required upon registration.
•    Non-editorial staff (e.g., sales, marketing, advertising, PR agency representatives) do not qualify for media badges and must register as exhibitors or visitors.

Distribution of material & canvassing
Exhibitors and their representatives are not permitted to distribute promotional materials outside their designated stand area. This includes surrounding pathways and other event spaces.

Delegations
Over 100 countries are expected to be represented by military/government delegations at Dubai Airshow 2025.

In order to facilitate the Delegations management process, you are invited to select your top ten (10) target military/government delegations by country using the form below.

Organisers will provide to UAE Ministry of Defence all exhibitor delegation requests made through the exhibitor portal.  UAE Ministry of Defence are responsible for onward provision of requests to the appropriate visiting Head of Delegation.

Please note that all official military/government delegations are hosted and facilitated by the UAE Government and Ministry of Defence and as such are entirely under their administrative control.  UAE appointed Escort Officers will accompany visiting delegations at the show.

The decision to call at exhibitor stands is made by the Head of Delegation and it will be their decision to accept or decline requests made. Timed appointments are not always possible.
•    Only 10 requests will be accepted for processing through to UAE Government
•    As organisers we will provide a team of our Hall Liaison Officers to assist exhibitors and visiting delegations.  This team is multi-lingual.
•    An official delegation desk is located in the main exhibition hall for on-site enquiries.
•    Please note contact information provided on the request form could be used if necessary to facilitate liaison regarding delegation requests made.
