You are required to notify FERN via their online form ONLY if you are planning to have an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor install and/or dismantle your exhibit. Marketing Your Presence At The Show

It is a good idea to promote your presence at OFFPRICE Las Vegas ahead of the show. Please add the OFFPRICE Las Vegas, February 2025 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, social media, press releases, marketing emails, and email signatures.

OFFPRICE exhibitors enjoy discounted rates at the Venetian and Palazzo Resorts.

All exhibiting companies are required to book a minimum of four room nights, with our partner hotel, between the dates of February 6-13. Exhibitors who do not fulfill their room requirements will be charged a fee as outlined in your booth contract. 

$189/night - single king bed suite

$209/night - double queen bed suite

Rates above do not include taxes and fees.
