AS OF JAN. 15TH, THE DEADLINE TO BOOK YOUR DISCOUNTED HOTEL HAS PASSED

OFFPRICE exhibitors enjoy discounted rates at the Venetian and Palazzo Resorts.

All exhibiting companies are required to book a minimum of four room nights, with our partner hotel, between the dates of February 9-16. Exhibitors who do not fulfill their room requirements will be charged a fee as outlined in your booth contract. 

$189/night - single king bed suite

$209/night - double queen bed suite

Click the Action Link at the bottom of this page to log in to your FERN Exhibitor Kit and order additional furniture or carpet for your booth.

Electricity included in your OFFPRICE Las Vegas booth package: One (1) 5 Amp/500Watt Electrical Outlet (per 2 booths)

Exhibitor Badges/Registration

In order to receive a badge, you must register yourself and each staff member using a unique email address.

Please use the button at the bottom of the page to register:

1. Click Register My Team

2. Click Team from the menu on the left

3. Click Add staff to begin registration
